Hello, I'm simply here to give a suggestion and not to tell you how to run the sever.
My suggestion is that people need to advertise and get rewards for however many people they get on the server.
i think that would promote many people advertising and many new player's every hour amd day.
they should get a reward like some cash or some points and then have a point store for them to spend their money on. I dont know if this will work im just trying to let you know do you have some options.
